guided relaxation with healing gong


Mindfulness is the energy that helps us recognize the conditions of happiness that are already present in our lives. Intentions give you a way to stay grounded and to connect with your true self. As you relax and listen to the gong, it will penetrate every cell and fiber of your body. Rest in savasana (reclining) as you receive waves of sound that connect you to your true nature – the sacred Self. Guided relaxation will help you melt, release,and rejuvenate away pain, tension and stress. Your mind and body enter into a deep state of meditation where healing on a subatomic level is possible. Please join us for a profoundly relaxing and deeply healing experience. This class is appropriate for complete beginners as well as advanced yoga practitioners.

Alex Nason is a co-founder of ProMindful, Inc., whose mission is to promote mindfulness, holistic health and wellness in Fairfield County, CT. ProMindful sponsors and produces holistic health and integrative scholarships, lectures, classes, workshops, publications, broadcasts, websites, and wellness libraries. Alex has studied yoga, meditation, and healing arts with numerous masters for more than a decade. He is on the Stewardship Council of the Omega Institute for holistic studies in Rhinebeck, NY and currently resides in Stamford, CT.
