Mindfulness is the energy that helps us recognize the conditions of happiness that are already present in our lives. Intentions give you a way to stay grounded and to connect with your true self. As you relax and listen to the gong, it will penetrate every cell and fiber of your body. Guided relaxation will help you melt, release, and rejuvenate away pain, tension and stress. Your mind and body enter into a deep state of meditation where healing on a subatomic level is possible. Please join us for a profoundly relaxing and deeply healing experience.  This class is appropriate for complete beginners as well as advanced yoga practitioners. Join Carol Shwidock (restorative yoga) and Alex Nason (gong) for a 2 hr class: 15 mins mindful breathing and intention setting, one hour restorative poses and 30 mins of Gong with 15 mins at end for closure.
